As a Prague-based psychologist specialising in online counselling (both in english and spanish), I’m here to support expats and individuals navigating life’s transitions. Whether you’re adjusting to a big move, grappling with homesickness, exploring your identity, or strengthening your relationships, I offer a compassionate and tailored approach to help you thrive.
With expertise in supporting the LGBTQ+ community, life transitions, and multicultural challenges, I understand the unique difficulties of living abroad and adapting to change. Let’s work together to create a sense of balance and belonging, wherever you are in your journey.
Accessibility and Convenience
Yo don’t have to travel anymore!
Some people can also feel intimidated by showing up at a physical office and being in your own safe space can be comforting.
Easy Continuity of Treatment
No more conflicts regarding traffic or schedule changes. It is easier to stick to counselling when these barriers are eliminated.
Comfort and Safety
You have more control over your environment and can feel safer expressing your own needs. Welcome to enjoying counselling in your own space!
First things first- big time coffee lover and first time dog mum to my lovely rescue Martina. Sometimes you can even spot her snoring in the background during sessions! Don’t worry though-she likes to think of herself as the world’s top therapy dog, trained through the tiring task of having to hear her mum speak all day- so you’re in good hands!
About my qualifications, I’m passionate about helping people build emotional well-being, and I’ve spent the past six years doing just that. I work with adults through online counselling, primarily using a humanistic approach, and I’m proud to offer my services in both Spanish and English.
In terms of my educational background, I graduated cum laude in 2016 with a degree in General Psychology from Dr. José Matías Delgado University in El Salvador. I also hold two Master’s degrees: one in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Europea del Atlántico in Spain and the other in Health Psychology from the International Ibero-American University in Mexico.
Over the years, I’ve continued to learn and grow, completing certifications and courses in Human Sexuality, Development of Sexuality and Affectivity, Humanistic Psychotherapy, Play therapy and Online Counselling.
I’m always striving to expand my knowledge and skills so I can better support those who seek to improve their emotional well-being.
I’m here to listen, answer your questions and if you’ll allow me, to help you navigate life’s ongoing challenges.
