First things first- big time coffee lover and first time dog mum to my lovely rescue Martina. Sometimes you can even spot her snoring in the background during sessions! Don’t worry though-she likes to think of herself as the world’s top therapy dog, trained through the obnoxious task of having to hear her mum speak all day- so you’re in good hands!
About my qualifications, I’m passionate about helping people build emotional well-being, and I’ve spent the past six years doing just that. I work with adults through online counselling, primarily using a humanistic approach, and I’m proud to offer my services in both Spanish and English.
In terms of my educational background, I graduated in 2016 with a degree in General Psychology from Dr. José Matías Delgado University in El Salvador. I also hold two Master’s degrees: one in Clinical Psychology from the Universidad Europea del Atlántico in Spain and one in Health Psychology from the International Ibero-American University in Mexico.
Over the years, I’ve continued to learn and grow, completing certifications and courses in Human Sexuality, Development of Sexuality and Affectivity, Humanistic Psychotherapy, Play therapy and Online Counselling.
I’m always striving to expand my knowledge and skills so I can better support those who seek to improve their emotional well-being.
